Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager with a Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification to join our growing team. A key requirement for this role is strong English language proficiency, both written and spoken, as the role demands frequent communication with clients, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Candidates with experience in Taxation will be given preference.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Prepare and present accurate financial reports and MIS to management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure timely closure of accounts and regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Draft clear, concise, and professional communication, reports, and emails.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and internal teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Lead meetings and effectively convey financial insights to non-finance teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Oversee tax filings and support tax-related planning and documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Mentor junior finance team members and ensure quality standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Keep abreast of the latest financial regulations and industry best practices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    • \n

      Chartered Accountant (CA) \u2013 Mandatory<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent command of English \u2013 verbal and written<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong interpersonal and presentation skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficiency in accounting tools and MS Office (especially Excel & Word)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Leadership ability with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Hands-on experience in Direct and Indirect Taxation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax Compliance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Experience preparing tax documentation and audit files<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
