Position Overview :<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing complex accounting functions, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting the month-end and year-end close processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n


\n<\/span>* Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements<\/span>
\n<\/span>* Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes<\/span>
\n<\/span>* Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and regulatory requirements<\/span>
\n<\/span>* Analyze financial data and present insights to management<\/span>
\n<\/span>* Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation<\/span>
\n<\/span>* Supervise junior accountants and review their work for accuracy<\/span>
\n<\/span>* Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities<\/span>
\n<\/span>* Implement and improve internal controls and accounting procedures<\/span>
\n<\/span>* Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting<\/span>
\n<\/span>* Skills & Qualifications<\/span>
\n<\/span>* Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP\/IFRS)<\/span>
\n<\/span>* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills<\/span>
\n<\/span>* High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities<\/span>
\n<\/span>* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Excel<\/span>
\n<\/span>* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines<\/span>
\n<\/span>* Strong communication and leadership skills<\/span><\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

* Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master\u2019s preferred)<\/span>
\n<\/span>* CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred<\/span>
\n<\/span>* Minimum 5\u20137 years of relevant accounting experience<\/span>
