Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Madison Logic is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support daily financial operations, assist in financial reporting, and help drive improvements in accounting processes. This role offers exposure to global B2B marketing operations and hands-on learning with a dynamic, innovative finance team. Ideal for professionals with strong accounting foundations and ERP experience.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Manage day-to-day accounting tasks: journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist in month-end and year-end close processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure accurate accounting in compliance with GAAP and internal policies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage vendor records and initiate weekly payments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support internal\/external audits with documentation and schedules<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Analyze financial data and support budgeting\/forecasting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc reporting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Participate in process improvements and implementation of accounting updates<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Perform additional duties as assigned by the finance team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Minimum Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    • \n

      2+ years of relevant experience in accounting (corporate or public)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong knowledge of internal controls and accounting processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Sage)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      High proficiency in Microsoft Excel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong relationship-building and communication skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Willingness to work US hours<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      On-site presence required for 6 months, followed by hybrid (2-day WFH)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
