Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Sartorius is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Financial Accountant AP to manage full-scope accounting activities and support accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will contribute to informed financial decision-making by maintaining financial records, assisting in audits, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Perform general ledger accounting for accurate financial data entry<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Handle monthly inter-company reconciliations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Record, review, and maintain fixed asset registrations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Monitor and report on inconsistencies in financial data<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure up-to-date compliance with financial policies and regulations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Reconcile balance sheet (B\/S) and profit & loss (P\/L) accounts<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support statutory, internal, and tax audit processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Draft financial statements and reports as needed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain organized and complete financial documentation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist in organizing and preparing audit-related materials<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Administer accurate and complete financial records<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Graduate or Master\u2019s degree in Finance or Accounting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      3\u20135 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent communication in written and spoken English<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      High level of reliability and professional ethics<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
