Revolut is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Accounting Finance Manager to support our upcoming product launches in India. This role is central to our financial operations and involves strategic decision-making, IFRS-based reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. As part of our mission to reshape global finance, you\u2019ll play a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy, transparency, and innovation.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Oversee monthly and annual book closing processes in compliance with IFRS.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate on India-specific product launches, offering financial and accounting insights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Lead the preparation and monitoring of GL entries in Oracle NetSuite.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Drive detailed financial reporting, variance analysis, and trend tracking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Enhance and automate balance sheet reconciliation and reporting systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Coordinate with external auditors for timely and accurate audit completion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Partner with the Group Financial Control team to improve close processes and controls.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support the Legal team on finance-related regulatory filings and reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage vendor-related financial operations and compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      CA, CPA, or equivalent accounting qualification.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Minimum 2 years\u2019 experience in finance\/controlling roles, preferably in fast-growing firms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong command of IFRS and Indian accounting standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Structured and logical problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience in Oracle NetSuite or similar financial software (preferred).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Basic understanding of direct and indirect tax principles is a plus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
