We are currently seeking a Revenue Administrator<\/strong>\u00a0to join our finance operations team and support the creation and maintenance of financial projects in Oracle.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Create and maintain projects in Oracle Financials<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Load tasks and ensure consistent, accurate project setup<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Handle general mailbox communications and requests<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist in unbilled clean-up and reconciliation at the study level<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage and maintain accurate data in reports and spreadsheets<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Organize meetings, maintain trackers, and respond to internal correspondence<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare necessary documents and support clerical processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Graduate in Commerce or MBA<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      1\u20132 years of experience in customer support, vendor management, or accounting roles<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Working knowledge of accounting principles and revenue recognition<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to interpret financial reports, contracts, and legal documents<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Basic understanding of SOPs and financial systems (Oracle preferred)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficiency in MS Office tools<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Must ensure 60% in-office work attendance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
