Position Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant- P2P (Procure-to-Pay)<\/strong> to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in invoice processing, vendor management, and reconciliation, along with a good understanding of SAP systems. This role offers the opportunity to work with global teams and play a key part in supporting sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Perform end-to-end invoice processing in compliance with company policies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage vendor reconciliation and handle discrepancies and blocked invoices<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure accurate coding and approval of invoices<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Perform ICT reconciliation and participate in month-end closing activities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve queries<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare daily reports and maintain operational dashboards<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure timely updates to team target files and reporting tools<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Must-Have Skills<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      3\u20135 years of experience in Accounts Payable \/ P2P process<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficient in SAP<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong organizational and time management skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Attention to detail with a professional and reliable attitude<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent communication skills \u2013 written and verbal<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to handle high-volume tasks with accuracy<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Flexible and open to working in any shift<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Work Schedule<\/strong><\/h4>\n

        Days:<\/strong> Monday to Friday (5 days\/week)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Timings:<\/strong> As per assigned shift (should be open to flexible shifts)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
