Position Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Jr. Accountant\u00a0to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in core accounting functions, compliance, and financial reporting, with a focus on reconciliation, tax filings, and invoice processing. Experience with Zoho Books is a plus.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Perform reconciliations for TDS, TCS, GST, Sales\/Purchase, Bank accounts, and PF\/ESI.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Handle invoice generation and validation for both purchase and sales transactions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage and verify inward material purchases, including generating e-way bills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure accurate and timely entries of business expenses.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Process import\/export invoices in compliance with regulatory norms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain inventory records and verify material purchases against purchase orders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Conduct follow-up calls to clients for payment collection.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Oversee and manage accounting processes using Zoho Books (preferred).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage official communication via email and maintain documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure timely filing and payment of TDS, TCS, and GST obligations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s Degree in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com) or MBA in Finance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      1\u20133 years of experience in a similar accounting\/finance role (preferred).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Knowledge of Zoho Books is an advantage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong understanding of GST, TDS, TCS compliance and reconciliation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Good communication and email handling skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      High level of accuracy, accountability, and time management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
