Position Overview:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

LogiNext is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Associate<\/strong>\u00a0to oversee and execute a broad range of accounting and financial activities. This role demands high agility and multitasking ability, as it involves working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will be responsible for managing accounts, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and supporting audits and financial reporting processes.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Enter, validate, and analyze financial data, figures, postings, and documentation for accuracy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain and secure financial records, documents, and cash equivalents per company policy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Record, store, and manage computerized financial data for reporting and audit purposes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Classify, code, and summarize financial transactions using ledgers, journals, and accounting software.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare and distribute financial, accounting, payroll, and audit reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage period-end closing activities and financial reconciliation reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements in accordance with internal processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Handle accounts payable and receivable; resolve outstanding vendor and client accounts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure compliance and readiness for internal and external financial audits.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist in management reporting (MIS), company valuations, stock option agreement computations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Perform statutory filings for GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, income tax, and related reconciliations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support secretarial filings with regulatory authorities like RoC (India), RBI (India), and SEC (US).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills Required:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Hands-on experience with accounting platforms like Zoho Books, Oracle NetSuite, or similar tools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong knowledge of statutory and tax filings (GST, TDS, PF, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Understanding of Indian GAAP and US GAAP standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience with secretarial and regulatory filings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a high-paced environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong numerical aptitude and analytical mindset.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Well-organized with strong time management abilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      • \n

        Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        2\u20134 years of relevant experience in corporate finance and accounting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
