Position Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Supervisor<\/strong> to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and lead a small team of finance professionals. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in accounting principles and hands-on experience in supervising team members. The Accounts Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, process compliance, and team productivity.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • \n

    Supervise and guide the accounting team in daily operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings in coordination with the finance team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Monitor compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Identify areas for process improvement and support implementation of best practices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Provide coaching and support to team members, including performance reviews and task delegation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master\u2019s degree or professional certification like CA\/CPA is a plus).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Minimum 3\u20135 years of accounting experience, with at least 1\u20132 years in a supervisory or team lead role.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Proven experience in managing or mentoring junior accounting staff.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
