FOS Advertisers, a leading name in the creative advertising space, is looking for an experienced and reliable Junior Accountant<\/strong> to strengthen our finance operations. This role is ideal for candidates who have previously worked in accounting roles within the advertising, media, or service sectors. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing daily financial tasks and ensuring accurate handling of client-related accounts and campaign budgets.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Record daily financial transactions and update ledgers accurately<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare client invoices, track billing cycles, and ensure timely collections<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Handle accounts payable and receivable with a focus on vendor and media payments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assist in budgeting and cost tracking for advertising campaigns<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with client servicing and creative teams for expense planning<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain organized financial documentation for audits and reviews<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure all financial practices follow company policies and statutory compliance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Prior experience in accounting, especially in the advertising or service industry<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Familiarity with media billing, vendor payment cycles, and project cost tracking<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong organizational and analytical skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting tools<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial analysis<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent communication and time management skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualification:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      • \n

        Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        1\u20133 years of relevant work experience in an accounting role<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Experience in an advertising agency or similar service-based business is highly preferred<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
