We\u2019re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Associate \u2013 Accounting<\/strong> to support our global finance operations across multiple geographies. This is a high-impact role that will contribute significantly to the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of our financial processes as we scale rapidly.<\/p>\n

As a finance associate accounting<\/strong> professional at Atlan, you\u2019ll play a key role in the preparation of financial statements, execution of month-end close, audits, and financial reporting activities for our entities in India, the US, and Singapore. You will collaborate across teams, ensure adherence to international accounting standards, and help build robust internal controls. Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Lead the preparation and finalization of standalone financial statements for Atlan\u2019s legal entities in India, the United States, and Singapore.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare consolidated financial statements at the group level in compliance with relevant financial reporting frameworks such as IFRS and GAAP.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Drive the monthly financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial data while meeting tight reporting deadlines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage and coordinate statutory audits across multiple geographies, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory guidelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with the FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team to analyze key financial metrics, KPIs, and provide insights that drive strategic decisions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Design, implement, and maintain strong internal control systems across all accounting and financial processes to ensure compliance and transparency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Continuously evaluate and enhance accounting processes, tools, and systems to support operational efficiency and financial accuracy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for accurate documentation and issue resolution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Skills:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, including experience in consolidated financial reporting, IFRS\/GAAP compliance, and multi-entity accounting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for financial analysis and reporting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Prior experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite is preferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to operate in a fast-paced and ever-evolving business environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      • \n

        Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        2+ years of experience in statutory audit or CFO advisory services with a Big 4 accounting firm or in the controllership function of a B2B SaaS, IT, or ITeS organization.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Hands-on experience preparing consolidated financial statements and working with entities across multiple geographies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Familiarity with international tax regulations and cross-border compliance will be an advantage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
