We\u2019re seeking an experienced Accountant to lead our general accounting operations.<\/p>\n
Oversee daily accounting operations and general ledger activities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with applicable standards<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and other general ledger accounts<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all financial data<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Prepare documentation for internal and external audits<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Monitor internal controls and compliance with financial policies and regulations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Support management with financial analysis, cost tracking, and decision-making reports<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial integrity and efficiency<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP\/IFRS)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling, etc.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
High attention to detail and accuracy<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Excellent organizational and time-management skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Ability to analyze data and prepare clear financial reports<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master\u2019s or CPA preferred)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Minimum of 2\u20133 years of hands-on accounting experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Experience with financial reporting and general ledger functions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Prior involvement in audit preparation or coordination is a plus<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
