Accountant"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Positional Overview:<\/h4>\n<p>Wells Fargo is seeking a Financial Accountant who is responsible for managing an organization\u2019s financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and standards.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide consultation to more experienced leadership for financial accounting related matters<\/li>\n<li>Perform complex activities associated with maintaining ledger accounts, developing financial statements and regulatory reports<\/li>\n<li>Gather and review financial data for financial and regulatory reports<\/li>\n<li>Review data from the general ledger, unit reports and various financial systems to ensure accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review account reconciliations and certifications<\/li>\n<li>Analyze projects relating to financial accounting procedures, methods or systems<\/li>\n<li>Perform ongoing financial control functions in accordance with internal controls policies<\/li>\n<li>Provide functional advice and training to individuals<\/li>\n<li>Provide support for compliance and risk management requirements<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate and consult with stakeholders throughout the enterprise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand IFRS, US GAAP.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem solving and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access) skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong Knowledge and understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and\/or operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Financial Reporting, Accounting Reporting or Risk Reporting experience.<\/li>\n<li>Qualified CA\/CFA\/ICWA\/MBA with experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics, financial reporting, accounting reporting or
