Position Overview<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n

Noorka Logistics is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented\u00a0Finance Assistant\u00a0to support our finance department in\u00a0Dubai. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of financial processes, including maintaining accurate records and supporting key reporting functions.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.<\/li>\n
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals accurately.<\/li>\n
  • Process payments, receipts, and other financial transactions efficiently.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoice processing and follow-ups.<\/li>\n
  • Help prepare documents for audits and financial reviews.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor expenditures and assist in budget tracking.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Proven experience in a similar finance or accounting support role is preferred.<\/li>\n
      • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or Tally).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
