The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and senior management, to deliver insights that drive performance and contribute to the overall success of the organization.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze financial trends and variances to forecast results and provide insights into operational performance.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct financial analysis to identify key performance drivers, cost-saving opportunities, and potential risks.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate financial data, perform variance analysis, and present findings to stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to summarize key financial metrics and trends.<\/li>\n<li>Provide data-driven insights through financial reporting tools, presentations, and dashboards.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with department heads to review and analyze budget vs. actual performance.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a key resource for financial inquiries, helping departments understand their financial metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to both finance and non-finance audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
