You will be a part of a team responsible for full-cycle accounting, including preparing financial statements, maintaining ledger accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"96\" data-end=\"415\">Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial records.<\/li>\n<li>Categorize transactions from bank and credit card feeds.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards, assist with the reconciliation of other balance sheet accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.<\/li>\n<li>Help prepare compliance documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Senior Accountants and the leadership team to ensure timely completion of tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication and teamwork skills. Strong English Skills required.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited University and\/or actively working towards CPA, ACCA, or CA certification<\/li>\n<li>A Solid Understand of Fundamental Accounting Principles and financial reporting<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office \/ Google Workspace (G Suite), particularly Excel\/Sheets.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with accounting software (Quickbooks Online, Xero) is a plus but not required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fully remote position<\/li>\n<li>Full-time availability, Monday to Friday during PST\/EST working hours is required.
