They play a key role in budgeting, tax filing, auditing, and financial analysis to support the organization\u2019s fiscal health and strategic planning.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Review of contractual obligations and commitments for complex incentive contracts and build such computations into the incentive computation system<\/li>\n<li>Prepare contractual payments in accordance with the terms of contracts<\/li>\n<li>Review of contractual payments prepared by Financial Analyst<\/li>\n<li>Act as prepare and approver role for incentive setup and adjustments<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance to stakeholders on complex deal structure<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with Visa\u2019s accounting policy, US GAAP and SOX controls and timely and accurate accounting and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Champion the creation and maintenance of high standards of financial discipline and accountability within the geography<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for assigned reports or deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Own performance metrics and drive efficiencies through automation and improvement of business processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lead, influence others and set direction<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous, self-motivated, highly collaborative team player possessing a positive attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, diplomacy, and a very upbeat customer-service attitude are essential<\/li>\n<li>Ability to cultivate effective relationships and communicate effectively cross-functionally, with all levels of management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor\u2019s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, business, accounting, mathematics, economics or related quantitative field.<\/li>\n<li>5 years work experience, preferably with an MNC with regional operations<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in financial software is necessary for efficient and accurate financial analysis and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Work with large amounts of data, the ability to analyze and interpret it accurately is critical.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are interested in this job, Apply Now<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":24,"featured_media":11799,"template":"","meta":{"_bbp_topic_count":0,"_bbp_reply_count":0,"_bbp_total_topic_count":0,"_bbp_total_reply_count":0,"_bbp_voice_count":0,"_bbp_anonymous_reply_count":0,"_bbp_topic_count_hidden":0,"_bbp_reply_count_hidden":0,"_bbp_forum_subforum_count":0,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Dubai -
