Job Role and Responsibilities
\nThe Associate oversees audit engagements, from planning to completion, by:
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure value addition to the client and excellence in every assignment.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure that all the assignments are within the ICAI\u2019s Code of Ethics and the Firm\u2019s Ethics\/value framework.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintain requisite working papers and detailed notes.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Always keep your knowledge up to date and conduct Seminars\/trainings for clients\/articles and managers as and when required.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Participate\/assist in the LLP level initiatives that may be assigned to you.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Stay beyond working hours whenever required due to exigencies of work and whenever called for.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Inform the Reporting Partner \/ Senior Manager \/ Reporting manager\u00a0of all the critical\/important issues regarding the clients you are managing.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Inform the reporting partner of any new assignments or opportunities that you may come across in Clients you are auditing or at new \/ prospective clients.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Build a healthy relationship with clients and PGB LLP colleagues.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Manage the audits \/ assignments allotted end to end (audit planning till audit committee presentation), includes preparation of reports & documentation
\n(during as well as after the end of audit)<\/p>\n
