We are seeking an Accounts Executive to manage core financial functions including bookkeeping,
\nGST, TDS, and reconciliations. You\u2019ll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, ensuring statutory
\ncompliance, and supporting internal reporting.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Maintain day-to-day books of accounts, journal entries, and ledgers in Tally\/Zoho\/QuickBooks.
\n\u25cf Ensure accurate invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense recording.
\n\u25cf File GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9), reconcile input credit (2A\/2B).
\n\u25cf Handle TDS deduction, timely deposit, return filing (26Q, 24Q), and issue Form 16A.
\n\u25cf Perform bank reconciliations, vendor\/customer ledger reconciliations.
\n\u25cf Support monthly closing, P&L preparation, and basic MIS reports.
\n\u25cf Coordinate with auditors and ensure proper documentation for statutory compliance.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Educational Background: B.Com \/ M.Com or equivalent.
\n\u25cf Experience: 1\u20132 years of experience in accounting.
\n\u25cf Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping practices
\n\u25cf Proficiency in Excel and accounting tools
\n\u25cf Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable<\/p>\n
\u25cf Salary: \u20b93 \u2013 \u20b96 LPA
\n\u25cf Shift Timings: 10am-7pm (Mon-Sat) (Sunday fixed day off)
