Their role typically involves managing the financial health of the company, analyzing financial data, developing strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>You will directly contact our existing and prospective clients and stakeholders around the globe.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, verify, and process invoices for sales or services rendered.<\/li>\n<li>Enter data on invoices; ensure proper coding on documents.<\/li>\n<li>Collect accounts by sending invoice reminders and communication with customers via phone, email, fax or email.<\/li>\n<li>Post customer payments by recording cash. Cheques and credit card transactions and entering them into the general ledger or accounting software.<\/li>\n<li>Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile the accounts receivables ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in financial audits.<\/li>\n<li>Track bank deposits and payments<\/li>\n<li>Assist with budget preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Review and implement financial policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to multitask and work efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge on accounts management.<\/li>\n<li>Accounting software working knowledge other than Tally would be preferred (Preferably ZOHO)<\/li>\n<li>Good time-management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>B.com\/M.
