You\u2019ll harness cutting-edge technology to revolutionize our digital offerings, ensuring unapparelled customer experiences.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Management of the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, and other accounting records in accordance with the relevant accounting standards, rules and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Support in identification,\u202fassessment,\u202fand mitigation of financial risks, and report on these financial risks to senior colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>Development and maintenance of a robust system of internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure that there is no fraudulent misreporting, and ensure the accuracy of financial data, including regular assessment of the effectiveness of internal controls addressing any weaknesses or gaps. \u00a0.<\/li>\n<li>Development and implementation of up-to-date financial policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective financial practices across the organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Management of the selection, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems and software applications, including collaboration with IT colleagues to integrate financial systems with other enterprise systems.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and submission of statutory and regulatory reports to authorities, and provision of support to other departments in their preparation and review of regulatory reports.<\/li>\n<li>Coordination with external auditors and regulatory authorities in support of audits and examinations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>This includes guiding, supervising, and supporting a team to meet objectives while ensuring professional growth and resource coordination. A leader should demonstrate the four LEAD behaviors: Listen, Energize, Align, and Develop. Strong leadership also involves delegating tasks effectively, providing mentorship, and creating an environment where team members feel valued and motivated.<\/li>\n<li>Building strong relationships with stakeholders and customers is crucial for understanding their needs and delivering effective solutions.
