This role will assist the Financial Controller or as directed by the Management, ensuring the group financial strategy is implemented in accordance with the Group\u2019s policy &amp; procedures.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">Supervise daily accounting operations, supervising, controls, mentoring staff, ensuring teamwork and\u00a0 efficient and effective operation.<\/span><span class=\"size\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">Verify daily bank balances and review Bank Reconciliation statements weekly.<\/span><span class=\"size\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">Oversee Accounts Payable and ensure supplier payments are up to date.<\/span><span class=\"size\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">Verify the accuracy of General Cashier report and that revenue is daily deposited into the bank by the General Cashier.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">Reconcile Revenue Reports.<\/span><span class=\"size\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">Ensure proper controls of Inventory and maintain proper Inventory records.<\/span><span class=\"size\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">To perform month-end accounts reconciliation of all general ledger balances before issuing monthly financial statements and\u00a0 Report any gaps or variance.<\/span><span class=\"size\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">Review monthly report including F&amp;B report, Cost Controller&#8217;s report etc. as per company policy<\/span><span class=\"size\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">Ensure all tax payment and filing are respected timely, and variances are resolved.<\/span><span class=\"size\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">Prepare various monthly reports as required by Management.<\/span><span class=\"size\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">Assist the Financial controller or as directed by management in reviewing application of accounting policy, budgeting, financial analysis, and ad-hoc duties.<\/span><span class=\"size\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">Ensure proper filing of accounting records, including contracts, and easy retrievals.<\/span><span class=\"size\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">Keep updated with new regulations.<\/span><span class=\"size\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory systems<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and POS systems and hospitality related systems<\/li>\n<li>Possesses skills of leadership, developing, strategic thinking, problem solver<\/li>\n<li>Results and service oriented with an eye for details<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, work well in fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Accounting &amp;
