This role will work closely with the US finance team on ensuring the operation in India is appropriately funded and that the US team receives the necessary records for monthly reconciliation at the parent company level. This role will report into the General Manager of India and the finance team in the US.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Own day-to-day accounting operations AP, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports (e.g., Flux Analysis), and ensuring compliance with policies.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to coordinate with external accounting firms, auditors, and internal teams to maintain financial transparency, support audits, and ensure accurate financial reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting revenue and expenses, and leveraging automation to enhance financial processes and decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on ethical conduct and integrity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or Finance<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 8+ years of experience in accounting required<\/li>\n<li>Big 4 Accounting background & experience in a high-growth startup (3+ years) highly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of successfully implementing controls & systems.<\/li>\n<li>Experience scaling and improving Finance & Accounting processes.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
