{"id":39740,"date":"2025-03-26T05:05:03","date_gmt":"2025-03-26T05:05:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=39740"},"modified":"2025-04-03T12:59:18","modified_gmt":"2025-04-03T12:59:18","slug":"tax-manager-job-available-at-halian-dubai","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/staging.spotgiraffe.com\/?job_listing=tax-manager-job-available-at-halian-dubai","title":{"rendered":"Tax Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Position Overview:<\/h4>\n<p>A leading real estate developer in the UAE has an exciting opportunity available for a Tax Manager to join their finance team based in Dubai.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing the direct and indirect tax functions of the Company covering the entire gamut of taxation compliance beginning from registrations, returns, audits and assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Interaction with Big 4 consultants and Government authorities<\/li>\n<li>Managing the key stakeholders including CFO, CEO and Chairman from a taxation perspective<\/li>\n<li>Assisting top management in evaluating the impact of taxation laws on business strategy and new transactions<\/li>\n<li>Automation in taxation reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Expertise in handling direct and indirect taxes, ensuring end-to-end compliance \u2014 including registrations, returns, audits, and assessments \u2014 while aligning tax strategies with business goals.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with key stakeholders like the CFO, CEO, Chairman, Big 4 consultants, and government authorities, providing clear tax insights and recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in leveraging automation tools and systems for tax reporting, improving accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in tax processes.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of IFRS reporting from a practical perspective and its interplay with taxation laws.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 10 years of working experience.
