In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions, including accounts payable, month-end close processes, prepaids, accruals, and intercompany transactions, and ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all of the company\u2019s accounting activities, among other tasks.. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of accounting principles.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and manage accounts payable<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and post inter-company journal entries<\/li>\n<li>Weekly cash report \u2013 consolidate cash in and out for all entities and prepare a summary report for the parent company<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and update schedules for month-end close activities (prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, amortization, depreciation, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Participate in year-end close processes<\/li>\n<li>Create timely and accurate accounting reports and present them to the company\u2019s executives and senior management<\/li>\n<li>Take part in forecasting and financial standards-setting processes<\/li>\n<li>Support and oversee internal and external tax audits and tax returns<\/li>\n<li>Support business processes and accounting policies and prepare corresponding documentation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the accounting procedures comply with GAAP requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3 years experience in general accounting, preferably in SAAS companies<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience with Accounts Payable & typical accounting procedures<\/li>\n<li>Good experience with general ledger functions and the month-end\/year-end close process<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)<\/li>\n<li>Good practical experience with accounting systems.
