The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a basic understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to handle routine accounting tasks while providing administrative support.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and handling customer receipts. Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Record financial transactions into the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness.<\/li>\n<li>Help reconcile bank accounts, compare statements with the company\u2019s financial records, and ensure accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation and submission of employee expense reports and ensure they align with company policies.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.<\/li>\n<li>Support the accounting team in VAT\/GST, sales tax, and other tax-related processes.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain organized and accurate records for accounting documents, invoices, contracts, and payment receipts.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the preparation of documents and reports required for internal and external audits.<\/li>\n<li>Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the accounting department, including answering queries, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.<\/li>\n<li>Help in gathering data for financial analysis and reports, aiding in budgeting and forecasting processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.<\/li>\n<li>Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the department\u2019s goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>6 months -1 years of experience in accounting or finance is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level).
