The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of experience in accounting, including GST, Tax filing, PF, and ESI compliance.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Maintain day-to-day accounting records and prepare financial statements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Ensure accuracy in general ledger entries and financial reporting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9\/9C).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Reconcile input tax credit (ITC) and resolve GST-related issues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Ensure compliance with income tax and corporate tax regulations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Process EPF contributions (ECR filing) and employee withdrawals\/transfers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Handle ESI filings and ensure timely contributions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Maintain statutory registers and assist with audits and inspections.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESI regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle financial records with accuracy and compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal skills in English and Malayalam.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 4 years in accounting, tax filing, and compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related
