The incumbent must be a graduate in commerce with excellent communication skills and good exposure in AP, AR and T&E Expenses with US Accounting.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.<\/li>\n<li>Process Non-PO or PO invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring new vendors are added and maintained in compliance with the Company\u2019s policy<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that invoices are correctly coded using the Company\u2019s chart of accounts<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that critical vendors are paid on a timely basis<\/li>\n<li>Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.<\/li>\n<li>Reconciling vendor statements;
