This role involves supporting the business in the finance department\u2019s day-to-day operations, including assisting in month-end book closing, accounts payables, accounts receivables, intercompany reconciliations, bank reconciliations, etc. This position requires a highly skilled and organized professional with a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and company policies.<\/li>\n<li>Handling the Accounts payable function ensuring timely booking and payment of suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain Accounts Receivable function including A\/R aging reports to track the status of outstanding invoices and follow up.<\/li>\n<li>Perform account reconciliations and ensure integrity of GL vs. Sub ledger.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the company\u2019s end-to-end accounting books (record to report cycle).<\/li>\n<li>Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and company policies.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor budget\/forecast performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and other financial laws.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare for and facilitate internal and external audits, responding to audit inquiries and implementing recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and other financial reporting software applications.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in manipulating and managing large data sets.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and team management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong ethics and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting\/finance.
