The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial processes, taxation, compliance, and ERP systems.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and ensure the accurate recording of all financial data.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"202\" data-end=\"398\">\n<p data-start=\"205\" data-end=\"398\">Ensure strict adherence to tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements, while maintaining compliance across all financial activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"400\" data-end=\"577\">\n<p data-start=\"403\" data-end=\"577\">Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and perform timely bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and transparency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"400\" data-end=\"577\">\n<p data-start=\"403\" data-end=\"577\">Analyze client accounting workflows, configure ERPNext financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Taxation), and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Train clients on ERPNext accounting features, ensure smooth adoption of the system, and provide ongoing post-implementation support and troubleshooting for optimal functionality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li data-list=\"bullet\">Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in managing bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, accounts payable\/receivable, and bank reconciliations, along with a solid understanding of financial reporting and audits.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations to ensure compliance and accurate reporting in line with legal requirements.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of ERPNext, including configuration, customization of financial modules, and the ability to adapt workflows to client requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze accounting workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement tailored solutions, including troubleshooting post-implementation issues.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills to train clients on ERPNext features, ensure smooth adoption, and provide exceptional support throughout the process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li data-list=\"bullet\">Bachelor\u2019s\/Master\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"bullet\">2+ years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management.<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"bullet\">Experience with ERPNext or other accounting software is a plus.<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"bullet\">Strong knowledge of financial compliance, GST, and corporate tax regulations.<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"bullet\">Excellent problem-solving
