The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and effective coordination with stakeholders.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Maintain and oversee the integrity of the general ledger accounts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Perform monthly close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Prepare and review monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Identify and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Ensure proper documentation and compliance for audit readiness.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Analyze and present financial data to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Prepare detailed management accounts, including P&L statements, cash flow analysis, and balance sheets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Develop and maintain sales performance reports and KPIs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"2\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (IFRS\/GAAP).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in R2R or similar finance roles.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Experience working with SME clients in a dynamic environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p
