They ensure accuracy in financial records, maintain compliance with tax and accounting regulations, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Recording and processing cash and bank transaction, including prepayments and credit card transactions<\/li>\n<li>Performing bank reconciliations and insuring accuracy in financial records<\/li>\n<li>Conducting account and balance sheet reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and filing VAT returns, including VAT reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Marinating the general ledger and supporting audit preparations<\/li>\n<li>Assisting in budget preparation and conducting monthly budget variance analysis<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to the preparation of financial statements<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and reconciling fixed asset schedules<\/li>\n<li>Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with supplier payments and ensuring timely processing<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with banks and other stakeholders to facilitate financial operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in performing bank, account, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records and compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of VAT regulations and experience in preparing, filing, and reconciling VAT returns accurately and on time.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in maintaining the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and readiness for audits, and supporting financial integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills for preparing budgets, conducting monthly budget variance analysis, and contributing to financial statement preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication abilities for liaising with banks, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and timely processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in accounting (ERP experience is a plus)<\/li>\n<li>Professional qualification (CMA, ACCA, CPA) is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and spoken English.
