This role requires a detailed understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in QuickBooks, and the ability to manage multiple financial processes efficiently.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Process and verify incoming invoices and ensure they are correctly coded to the appropriate expense accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare payment batches and perform check runs or electronic payments in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile AP ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.<\/li>\n<li>Handle vendor queries and resolve invoice discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Process employee expense reports, verifying accuracy and compliance with company policies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely reimbursement to employees for out-of-pocket expenses.<\/li>\n<li>Record payments received and reconcile accounts receivable ledger.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports on the status of collections and outstanding balances.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain financial reports, including but not limited to AP aging, expense reports, and collections reports.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Finance Manager in auditing and compliance activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand how to navigate QuickBooks, set up company files, manage accounts, generate financial reports, and customize features based on business needs.<\/li>\n<li>ave a strong grasp of accounting principles, including accounts payable\/receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Know how to process payroll, calculate taxes, and generate payroll reports using QuickBooks Payroll.<\/li>\n<li>Be familiar with tax codes, deductions, and how to use QuickBooks for tax filings, sales tax calculations, and preparing year-end tax documents.<\/li>\n<li>Use QuickBooks to analyze financial data, create insightful reports, and provide recommendations to improve business performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with a strong focus on AP, employee reimbursements, and collections.<\/li>\n<li>High proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Effective
