Works cross-functionally with operations, contracts and proposals, and finance throughout the project lifecycle.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Administer the daily financial management of project portfolio consisting of single service contracts and tactical accounts<\/li>\n<li>Identifies issues related to contract modifications, contract values, and contract deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Performs analysis of budget to actual data on monthly, quarterly, and annual bases and for revenue calculations and forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Analyzes cost assignments, ensuring that all assigned projects adhere to accepted cost accounting standards<\/li>\n<li>Performs regular profitability and cash flow analysis on assigned projects<\/li>\n<li>Performs reconciliations of costs and revenues recognized for assigned projects.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing revenue forecast variance and checking forecast accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Tracks and maintain project information and budgets within the project accounting system.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing and approving work movements and scope changes<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates with support staff to ensure sponsors are invoiced in a timely and accurate manner<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of invoice backup requirements, and client reconciliation request<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to function as an effective and respected partner to internal clients Ability to be analytical and handle data effectively<\/li>\n<li>Confidence to handle sensitive information and make sound recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Ability to juggle multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical and quantitative skills and ability to handle data effectively Strong written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and project administration skills<\/li>\n<li>High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of data<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of accounting\/financial principles and regulations\/legal requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s in B.Com, BBA, or BBM.<\/li>\n<li>2\u20134 years of relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of business, finance, and management.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform essential job functions effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated adaptability
