accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with established schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct audits to ensure financial records are accurate and compliance is maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement, and monitor budgets to control expenses and improve profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Perform account reconciliation regularly to maintain the accuracy of the general ledger.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to GAAP and other regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other departments to provide insights and support for financial decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong financial analysis skills to interpret financial data and provide recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in evaluating financial data to support strategic decision-making and improve organizational performance.<\/li>\n<li>Well-versed in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for accurate financial reporting and compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in utilizing Excel for data analysis, budgeting, account reconciliation, and financial modeling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in tax preparation, including knowledge of current tax laws and regulation<\/li>\n<li>Experience in
