This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with financial regulations, preparing financial reports, and supporting strategic decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial data. The Accounting Manager also plays a key role in process improvement and fostering a high-performing team environment.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Posting Journal entries, maintenance of general ledgers, trial balance, profit and loss account, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile Bank statements, credit card statements, vendor accounts, and other related statements\/accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure expenditures and reimbursements are in compliance with the company\u2019s financial policy and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by the stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and improve client relationships and assuring that high-quality services continue to be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping skills<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel &#8211; Working knowledge of basic shortcuts and advanced formulas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or Qualified, semi-qualified CA, Semi Qualified CPA<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3-4 years experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
