The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role involves managing budgets, forecasting, and financial planning while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Finance Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance, analyze key metrics, and drive business growth. Additionally, the role includes implementing process improvements and providing leadership to the finance team.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and financial reporting systems to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.<\/li>\n
  • Manage treasury and cash flow, ensuring efficient fund utilization and financial stability.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and business plans, and monitor performance against them with variance analysis.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure statutory compliance, timely audits, and adherence to internal control systems.<\/li>\n
  • Analyze financial data and present accurate, timely financial reports to senior leadership.<\/li>\n
  • Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring effective collaboration with other departments to meet business needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills:<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.<\/li>\n
    • In-depth knowledge of GAAP, statutory requirements, and audit processes.<\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.<\/li>\n
    • Ensuring precision in financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

      Qualifications:<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • CA with about 5-6 years\u2019 experience<\/li>\n
      • Software product\/services industry experience, along with SEZ experience,e is an added advantage<\/li>\n
      • US GAAP\/ IND AS\/ IFRS experience is necessary<\/li>\n
      • Exposure to multiple aspects of finance and accounting, with hands-on experience in accounting<\/li>\n
      • Familiar with regulatory aspects and ability to handle and interface with legal teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
