review financial data for financial and regulatory reports<\/li>\n<li>Review data from the general ledger, unit reports and various financial systems to ensure accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review account reconciliations and certifications<\/li>\n<li>Analyze projects relating to financial accounting procedures, methods or systems<\/li>\n<li>Perform ongoing financial control functions in accordance with internal controls policies<\/li>\n<li>Provide functional advice and training to individuals<\/li>\n<li>Provide support for compliance and risk management requirements<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate and consult with stakeholders throughout the enterprise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.<\/li>\n<li>Skill in interpreting financial regulations and applying them to real-world scenarios.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures accuracy in financial reporting, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Builds strong collaborative relationships across departments and with leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and compliance frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Provides functional advice and training to team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Financial Reporting, Accounting Reporting or Risk Reporting experience.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Qualified certifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, ICWA, or an advanced degree (MBA or postgraduate) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation and
