English.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage daily accounting tasks, including accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.\\<\/li>\n<li>Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports, including income and expense forecasts, to assist in strategic decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Handle VAT\/GST and corporate tax filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.<\/li>\n<li>Calculate and process payroll, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in employee compensation.<\/li>\n<li>Engage directly with clients and suppliers via email and phone to manage accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain positive relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Create proposals, quotations, and invoices, ensuring all financial documents are accurate and professionally presented.<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with the finance team and other departments to support company objectives and financial health.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong expertise in ERP or cloud-based accounting systems, with the ability to manage financial transactions, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional accuracy in handling financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English, essential for liaising with team members, stakeholders, and clients.<\/li>\n<li>A solid understanding of accounting standards, practices, and procedures, including bookkeeping, accounts payable\/receivable, and financial reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably within the B2B service sector.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in ERP or cloud-based accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.<\/li>\n<li>High level of accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work
