financial statements\/ reports, ensuring that reported financials are fair and accurate and comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards and local in-country requirements, compliance including maintaining separate books of accounts, if required as per local law.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in preparing accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and local regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of statutory reporting and audit requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Regular monitoring and evaluation of the risk environment across processes.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies, assess financial performance, and address complex financial challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams like secretarial, taxation, treasury, and payroll.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, ensure timely audit closures, and meet statutory deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Expertise in preparing accurate financial statements and ensuring adherence to GAAP, IFRS, and local regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in identifying risks, implementing control measures, and maintaining a robust compliance framework.<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to analyze financial data, resolve discrepancies, and streamline processes for efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent coordination skills to work seamlessly with teams like taxation, treasury, and payroll for smooth operations.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational skills to meet audit deadlines, file statutory reports, and manage cash flow efficiently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>A
