You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, and providing valuable insights to support business decisions.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Set the accounting and Tax operation for a new subsidiary in India.<\/li>\n<li>Set the new Controlling team for India and implement the new ERP.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Indian accounting department, including managing. the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting by preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the entire process from accounting Operations to ERP-based accounting.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all accounting records align with our internal financial classification, accounting policies, and primarily with USGAAP.<\/li>\n<li>Work with accountants and advisors to properly align tax strategies in the accounting function.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize treasury, billing, and accounting processes.
