This job is part of the Controlling job function. They manage the organization\u2019s financial controls and prepare financial reports for management and shareholders.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and various other accounting statements or financial reports.<\/li>\n<li>Review the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate various accounting variances, reports, and records. Make recommendations relative to the accounting of reserves, assets, and expenditures.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain, record, and reconcile billings and accounts receivables for small to medium-sized clients, markets, or accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Create month-end accounting entries. Reconcile discrepancies and posts to the general ledger.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare balance sheet reconciliations. Check transactions from the subsystem to ensure data is accurately sent.<\/li>\n<li>Examine financial statements and documents for conformance with accounting requirements and fundamentals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of general ledger processes, journal entries, and reconciliation.<\/li>\n<li>Precision in maintaining accurate financial records and identifying discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze and interpret financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with accounting standards (GAAP\/IFRS) and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor\u2019s degree is preferred, and one with up to 3 years of relevant experience is preferred. Instead of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
