policies aligned with organizational goals.<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely and accurate financial reports, including budget variance analysis, to senior management.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate internal and external audits, liaising with auditors to ensure timely completion of audit processes.<\/li>\n<li>Manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct detailed analysis of project costs, including cost-benefit analysis and variance reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability of financial data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Expertise in developing and implementing financial strategies, plans, and policies aligned with organizational objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Strong skills in financial forecasting, modeling, and long-term planning.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in conducting financial analysis, budget variance analysis, and resource allocation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in leading annual budgeting processes and setting realistic financial targets.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in optimizing purchasing processes, negotiating supplier contracts, and controlling costs.<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills to oversee accounting teams and ensure compliance with principles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>ICWA (Institute of Cost and Works Accountants) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification is required, demonstrating expertise in cost accounting, financial management, and strategic decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>8-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing financial operations, budgets, and compliance in a dynamic environment.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and regulatory compliance, coupled with hands-on experience in using accounting software and tools for efficient
