The Manager oversees team management and client communications and ensures smooth operations. Key responsibilities include managing meetings and emails, guiding team members on deliverables and training, and preparing performance and efficiency reports.<\/div>\n

Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • \u00a0Prepare monthly performance reports to present for client \u00a0 meetings<\/li>\n
  • \u00a0 Prepare root cause analysis and ensure adequate controls are implemented in the process<\/li>\n
  • \u00a0Support Continuous Improvement\/Automation initiatives of the business<\/li>\n
  • Team management, Managing meetings & email (Client call handling & Email Communication)<\/li>\n
  • \u00a0Guide other team members and help them when there is an issue with deliverables\/training<\/li>\n
  • Reporting \u2013 process-related, Efficiency & Utilization reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Skills:<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Excellent Accounting Skills<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Excellent MS Office skills including advanced Excel skills<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Problem identification and analytical ability.<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Self-initiative, drive and zeal for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Ability to discharge the responsibilities in a conflicting environment<\/li>\n
    • Conformance with Policies\/Compliances<\/li>\n
    • Ability to coach and give feedback on an ongoing basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications:<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • 9 \u2013 12 years of experience in Accounting Field<\/li>\n
      • B.com minimum qualification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
