As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of our organization, managing a team of accountants, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. You will play a critical role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support the company&#8217;s growth and success.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial statements, and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and develop the accounting team through hiring, training, and performance management.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations, and coordinate audits and tax filings.<\/li>\n<li>Support senior management by developing financial strategies, analyzing performance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies while identifying and mitigating financial risks.<\/li>\n<li>Enhance accounting processes for accuracy and efficiency, and deliver actionable financial insights through clear reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage, mentor, and motivate accounting teams.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and strategic financial planning.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with teams, stakeholders, and auditors.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
