contract negotiations as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory levels of supplies and materials.<\/li>\n<li>Help forecast procurement needs and maintain stock levels.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic inventory checks.<\/li>\n<li>Generate reports on invoices, procurement, and vendor performance.<\/li>\n<li>Keep organized records of invoices, contracts, and vendor communications.<\/li>\n<li>Provide data for financial reports and budget planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in invoice processing or procurement, preferably in facilities management.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with contract management best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in procurement software or ERP systems.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Organized and skilled in problem-solving.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of relevant laws related to procurement and invoicing.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in generating reports and managing budget
