Invoice Generation and Processing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate and issue accurate customer invoices based on sales and contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure invoices are sent through appropriate channels and monitor delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Payments and Collections:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up with customers for payments.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve payment discrepancies through communication via phone or email.<\/li>\n<li>Process incoming payments and update records in the accounting system.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate payment plans with customers as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Reconciliation and Reporting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare periodic reports on accounts receivable status and collection efforts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4. Customer Relations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.<\/li>\n<li>Address customer inquiries regarding billing and payment processes professionally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5.
