experience in accounting or finance.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to expand skills within analytical or operational processes.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications relevant to the role.<\/li>\n<li>Work with a moderate degree of supervision and guidance.<\/li>\n<li>Effective exchange of information and ideas within the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in examining and preparing statutory accounts, financial statements, and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Experience maintaining accounting and financial records, including general ledger and management reports.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to conduct extensive research on the impact of changes to accounting rules on financial statements.<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing and implementing processes to comply with changing accounting standards.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in preparing and verifying accounts payable\/receivable transactions and responding to vendor inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze capital budget requests and produce expense analyses for cost-saving opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in producing progress reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in disbursing payroll checks, payroll taxes, and employee benefit payments.<\/li>\n<li>Capable of evaluating current systems to recommend efficiency improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with ensuring reports and disclosures comply with applicable regulations and organizational policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mb-2 flex gap-3 empty:hidden
