Position: Financial Controller
\nExperience: 12-15 years
\nQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), preferably from 2005-2007 batches
\nReports To: CFO
\nCompensation: 50-60 LPA

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Oversee all financial functions, including tax, treasury, statutory reporting, and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP).
\nManage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
\nEnsure timely financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
\nOversee audits, tax filings, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
\nImplement and maintain internal controls and risk management processes.
\nLead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
\nCollaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with business goals.
\nDrive the financial health of the organization through efficient capital management and investment strategies.
\nRequirements:<\/p>\n
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12-15 years of post-qualification experience.
\nStrong experience in managing end-to-end finance functions (tax, treasury, GAAP, etc.).
\nBackground in multinational corporations (MNCs); experience in captive units not preferred.
\nProven leadership and team management skills.
\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
